Daisy Squeeze Sour Cream - Beef Taco Recipe


PREP TIME:15 Minutes
TOTAL TIME:15 Minutes
MAKES: 6 Servings

 Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1.25 oz. package taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 12 crisp taco shells
  • 1 1/2 cups finely shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream

 Recipe Instructions:

In 10" skillet, cook GROUND BEEF over medium-high heat 6-8 minutes, stirring to break up. Drain if necessary. Stir in BELL PEPPER, TACO SEASONING MIX,and WATER. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, heat TACO SHELLS as directed on package.

Spoon BEEF MIXTURE in each TACO SHELL. Top withLETTUCE, TOMATO, and CHEESE. Garnish with DAISY SOUR CREAM.
